Online Services (CSS)

Energy

The Department of Planning & Building's Energy Section administers the Tri-County Regional Energy Network (3C-REN) - a collaborative partnership between San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura Counties to improve energy efficiency in our region by offering customized programs.  To learn more about 3C-REN and its portfolio of regional energy efficiency programs, please click here
