ADU DEVELOPMENT TYPES

 

Sites with an existing or proposed

SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING (SFD)

Sites with an existing or proposed

MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING (MFD)

One (1)

Additional Accessory Dwelling Unit

Proposing one ADU or JADU within:

  • A proposed SFD;
  • An existing SFD; or
  • An existing accessory structure, such as a garage

Max. ADU size: 1,000 sq. ft.

Max. JADU size: 500 sq. ft.

Max. size: 1,200 sq. ft.
