What is this service?

Please use the form below to report a suspected code enforcement violation.  A case will be opened and investigated within ten (10) working days.  Our staff will not contact you unless additional information is required.  Your personal information will be kept confidential, but you may be called into the court if the case is prosecuted and your witness statement is required.  Please note that you may also submit an anonymous complaint.  If this is an urgent matter related to health and safety, please call 805-788-2350.
