If an existing addressable building is believed to not have a valid address, the building owner or tenant may request an address verification by filling out the form below.
Anyone in the unincorporated areas of the San Luis Obispo County who needs to have the address of an existing addressable building verified can use this service.
Please refer to the Department of Planning & Building Fee Schedule for application fees.
This service is available throughout the year during regular business hours except during scheduled holidays.
