REMINDER: Upcoming Public Workshop in regards to setting Groundwater Levels in the Paso Basin

The County of San Luis Obispo’s Groundwater Sustainability Agency invites basin users and interested community members to attend a public workshop regarding “sustainable management criteria”, including where to set ideal and acceptable groundwater levels for the Paso Basin in the Groundwater Sustainability Plan (Plan) as required by the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act.


Two dates and locations are provided for the public and stakeholder convenience; the same content will be presented at both workshops.

Groundwater users and interested community members in the Paso Basin are highly encouraged to attend and provide input. If you are unable to attend, comment forms are available at www.pasogcp.com

The entity charged with developing the Plan, the Paso Basin Cooperative Committee, will also hold its regularly scheduled meeting on October 17, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at the City of Paso Robles Council Chambers (1000 Spring Street, Paso Robles). It is anticipated that the Committee will discuss the input received at the workshops regarding groundwater level goals.
