Termite Fumigation Project at the San Luis Obispo Veterans Memorial Building

The County of San Luis Obispo Department of Public Works is administering a project to tent and fumigate the San Luis Obispo Veterans Memorial Building, located at 801 Grand Avenue, San Luis Obispo.

The project will start December 20, 2019 and be completed on December 23, 2019. Completion of this project will extend the useful life of this County facility for the use and enjoyment of all residents of and visitors to the community of San Luis Obispo. See map for specific location.

Normal County and Courts operations at the Veterans Memorial Building will be closed to the public during the termite fumigation process.

Brezden Pest Control of San Luis Obispo has been awarded the contract for this work. The general scope of work includes tenting, termite fumigation, and final testing/safety clearance to occupy the facility.
