Welcome to the San Luis Obispo HMIS Reports page! San Luis Obispo County participates in and creates reports for audiences including the general public, San Luis Obispo homelessness service agency staff, the Continuum of Care (CoC) Board, the County of San Luis Obispo, the San Luis Obispo Board of Supervisors, and the United States Congress.
Please read the brief descriptions of each report category below to find the type of information included in each report, then click on the title of the report that fits your needs:
CoC-Level Data – Information encompassing the majority of homelessness service agencies in San Luis Obispo County. These reports do not include individual agency or project level data.
Housing Inventory – Information on how many beds and units are dedicated to clients experiencing homelessness in San Luis Obispo County.
Client Demographics – Information about the clients who access homelessness related services from agencies that participate in the San Luis Obispo County Homeless Management Information System (HMIS).
Data Quality – Information on the quality of the data that is entered into the San Luis Obispo County HMIS by participating agency staff.
Performance – Information on the performance of individual agencies or projects, project types, or the CoC as a whole.
Trends – These reports show information about our CoC over time.
