Homeless Services Oversight Council (HSOC) Finance and Data Committee Meeting
This meeting was moved from Wednesday, November 25 at 10am to Monday, November 30 at 1pm. HUD (Department of Housing & Urban Development) recently released updated guidance on conducting the unsheltered 2021 Point in Time Count. The proposed change of date will allow our Point in Time vendor, Applied Survey Research, to update the committee on HUD’s expectations for conducting a safe count.
