4/3/2020 Full HSOC Special Meeting
Special Meeting of the full Homeless Services Oversight Council (HSOC).
While most participants have been able to join calls without any issues, a few people have reported difficulty joining, but were able to connect if they kept trying. This issue is apparently due to capacity issues on the North American telecom network at large and the general increased volume of teleconferencing calls. Freeconference.com, which hosts our conference calls, suggests using alternative dial in numbers if you encounter problems connecting to the call. The alternative numbers are as follows:

Persons who are unable to call in may still attend the meeting in person. The meeting will be held in Conference Room 1, Department of Social Services, 3563 Empleo St, San Luis Obispo.
