  • There is a maintenance issue / dangerous tree / damage to the laundry room.  Who do I call?
    • Call the park manager or maintenance person.  If you are not satisfied, you may also call the state HCD inspector.  The health, safety and maintenance of mobile home parks is monitored by the California Dept. of Housing and Community Development – Codes and Standards Division (website: www.hcd.ca.gov/about/contact.shtml, phone # 951-782-4420 Riverside Office).  Currently (in 2019) the state HCD inspector is Joe Apresa (cell phone #760-977-7494, e-mail: [email protected]) and his supervisor is HCD District Representative Sergio Cercado (e-mail: [email protected]).  They are based in the Southern California office of the HCD – Codes and Standards Division in Riverside, California.
    • The County does not have any authority regarding the monitoring or maintenance of mobile home parks.
