Maximum Pricing

These bulletins summarize the County’s affordable housing standards including maximum household incomes, home purchase prices, and rental prices.

The maximum rental prices are adjusted annually based on new income limits published by the federal and state housing authorities.

The maximum sales prices are adjusted monthly based on the percent change in mortgage rates.

Income Verification

People’s Self-Help Housing Corporation provides income verification services for the County’s affordable residential units to determine if household income meets eligibility requirements to buy or rent. Processing fees for income verification applications for CY2025:

· $450 for each home purchaser application

· $250 for each rental application

· $150 for each tenant recertification ($200 if self-employed)
