County Business Improvement District Annual Renewal
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, the Board of Supervisors ( the "Board") of the county of San Luis Obispo (the "County") adopted a resolution of the intention to renew the San Luis Obispo Count Tourism Business Improvement District (the "CBID) and to continue to levy an assessment on the lodging business within the CBID as set forth in said resolution of intention. Protest forms need to be submitted to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors office no later than 9am on Tuesday, May 14, 2024
Who is eligible?
All lodging businesses within the CBID boundaries which include hotels, motels, bed and breakfasts and vacation homes.
When and where is this service offered?
This form is available online or in office throughout the year during regular business hours except during scheduled holidays.
