Tabulating Devices Preparation and Testing
The County of San Luis Obispo Clerk-Recorder Elections Division met with the Logic and Accuracy Board on August 17, 2021 to review the logic and accuracy testing process, test ballots, and test results. The five member board included representatives from the Auditor-Controller-Treasurer-Tax Collector-Public Administrator department, Grand Jury of San Luis Obispo County, Information Technology department, Republican Party of San Luis Obispo County, and San Luis Obispo County Democratic Party. All five board members certified that the ballot counting program for the San Luis Obispo County September 14, 2021 Gubernatorial Recall Election is correctly counting and reporting the votes.
