Clerk-Recorder Office Hours are 8am-4pm M-F effective October 5th, 2026.
The Clerk-Recorder's Office will be closed to the public on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, but the Elections Counter and the Atascadero satellite Elections Office WILL be open that day from 7am-8pm.
