District Attorney Dan Dow announced today that Jim Pinedo (38) has been sentenced to 14 years plus 25 years to life for attempted murder with a firearm and other domestic violence related charges.
Juan Antonio Esquivel Sentenced to Six Years Prison for Child Molestation

District Attorney Dan Dow announced today that Paso Robles resident Juan Antonio Esquivel was sentenced to six years in state prison for his conviction of lewd act on a child under the age of fourteen and sexual penetration by a foreign object for acts of sexual abuse that occurred in December of 2016.
Judge Rules David Hernandez can be Tried for 2013 Paso Robles Murder

At the conclusion of a three-day preliminary hearing, a San Luis Obispo County Superior Court Judge ruled that there is probable cause to believe that David Rodriguez Hernandez committed the crimes of murder, conspiracy to commit kidnapping, robbery, and assault with a deadly weapon. These charges are stemming from the 2013 murder of Victor Hugo Sanchez.

District Attorney Dan Dow announced today that a San Luis Obispo County jury found San Luis Obispo resident Mathew Roland Betts (DOB 06/11/1972) guilty of nine counts of felony child molestation; including three counts of sexual penetration of a child under the age of ten and six counts of lewd act on a child under the age of fourteen.
Sherry M. Gong Charged with Felony Embezzlement from Atascadero High School Booster Club
