District Attorney Dan Dow announced today that Jason Robert Porter (49) has been sentenced to 280 years-to-life plus 5 years for his June 2, 2021, conviction on 16 felony counts, including multiple sex crimes against four child victims and possession of child pornography. Porter was also convicted of 36 misdemeanor counts of unauthorized invasion of privacy.
Judge sentences Cody Julian to 24 years-to-life for his conviction of sexual abuse of a child under the age of 10.

After a six-day court trial, Judge Barry T. LaBarbera found Jason Robert Porter (49) guilty of 16 felony counts, including multiple sex crimes on four child victims and possession of child pornography. Porter was also convicted of 36 misdemeanor counts based on his videotaping 36 victims without their knowledge.
