District Attorney Dan Dow announced today that Carlo Alberto Fuentes Flores (DOB 05/27/1976) has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for the May 2018 murder of Nancy Woodrum committed during the commission of rape and residential burglary.

District Attorney Dan Dow announced today that Tim Patrick Prendeville, a citizen of Ireland, was sentenced to 12 years, 8 months in prison and must register as a sex offender for life. He was convicted of 5 felony sex crimes against children including 3 violent crimes of committing a lewd act on a child under 14. He was also convicted of 1 count of misdemeanor indecent exposure.
Atascadero man (41) sentenced to prison for attempted kidnapping, felony assault and residential burglary involving three separate victims

District Attorney Dan Dow announced today that Tyrone Anderson (DOB 01/24/1981) of Atascadero was sentenced to serve 11 years in state prison and ordered to register as a sex offender for 10 years once he is released. Anderson's 11-year sentence is the maximum provided by law for his convictions.
