Consider issuing a Notice of Proposed Adoption of Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) for the Paso Robles Groundwater Basin

The Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) requires sustainable management in all high and medium priority basins throughout California. The state designated the Paso Basin as a high priority basin subject to critical conditions of overdraft. Therefore, the GSAs within the Paso Basin must adopt and a GSP(s) to DWR by January 31, 2020. This hearing is to consider issuing a Notice of Proposed Adoption of Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) for the Paso Robles Groundwater Basin.
