Regular walk-in hours are available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:30 – 11:45 AM and are limited to 15-minutes each to accommodate as many people as possible.

Please upload the following files to MODIFY an existing Land Use Permit:

Modification to Land Use Permit Application Form - completed & signed
Land Use Application - completed & signed
Modified Plans
1. Inlcuding a new completed Plot Plan
Summary of Proposed Changes
Written justification for how the proposed change(s) meet the criteria in County Code Section 22.64.050 or 23.02.038
Consent of Property Owner (if applicable)
