When and where is this service offered?

EFFECTIVE 7/1/2023:

All TRN application submittals (single trip or annual) will need to be submitted through the Citizens Connect Online Portal. You will need to sign in/register (create an account) prior to applying online. Please note: PDF applications via email will no longer be accepted after June 30, 2023.

EFFECTIVE 11/1/2021:

All transportation permits now require payment in advance before issuance. The permit number will be generated once the application is received and that specific TRN number will be emailed to the applicant with payment instructions.
