Service Area Eligible for Rebates
The Los Osos Water Conservation Program solely applies to the Wastewater Service Area, which is shown by the black and white dashed line in the attached file.
All properties in this service area are required to meet the water conservation program guidelines prior to connection to the wastewater project, in approximately three years. Many properties will need to retrofit their fixtures in order to meet the guidelines. Costs for the new fixtures are eligible for rebates and, through 2017, costs for installation that is completed by a licensed plumbing contractor are also eligible for rebates. Rebate reimbursements will not exceed the purchased price of the fixtures or the work invoices or the amounts in the table above.
