San Luis Obispo: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual TRUTH Act Report and community forum will be heard by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Luis Obispo on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. The meeting starts at 9:00 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers at the Katcho Achadjian Government Center, 1055 Monterey Street, San Luis Obispo, CA, 93408. The TRUTH Act Report will happen in the morning session with more specific timing determined when the agenda for that meeting is finalized.

This hearing is held pursuant to the Transparent Review of Unjust Transfers and Holds (TRUTH) Act, which requires public reporting and community input regarding local law enforcement cooperation with federal immigration authorities.

Live in-person Spanish translators will be made available to interpret public comments that may come in in-person.

The TRUTH Act Hearing will be broadcast on the Board of Supervisors live meeting at: https://www.slocounty.ca.gov/

Members of the public who wish to address the Board during the meeting must appear in person.

Written public comments may also be submitted by email; however, virtual public comments will not be accepted. All correspondence will be distributed to each member of the Board of Supervisors and will become part of the official record of the meeting. To submit a written public comment, email:
