Central Services Public Records Request
Central Services provides access to public records in accordance with the California Public Records Act (CPRA) (Government Code Section §6250 et seq.). This section provides information regarding submitting a CPRA request to Central Services.
What is the process?

Submit your request in writing to Central Services one of four ways below:

In Person: Submit completed form to front counter staff
Receive Response to your Public Records Act Request
A response will be sent to you within (10) ten business days of receipt of your request by Central Services. In some instances, Central Services may require up to an additional (14) fourteen days to respond as authorized by the Public Records Act.
Who is eligible?
Any person has the right under the state Public Records Act and the California Constitution to access public information maintained by local and state government agencies.
Is there a charge for this service?
A fee may be assessed based on the volume of documents and difficulty of acquisition of the requested information. All payments are due at the time record reproduction is provided.
When and where is this service offered?
This service is available throughout the year during regular business hours except during scheduled holidays.
