Fentanyl High is a documentary made by students FOR students. The film follows several high school students as they tell the heartbreaking truth their peers and families experienced with Fentanyl poisoning. Shot from the perspective and experiences of high school students in Santa Clara County, Fentanyl High explores the brain chemistry behind why Fentanyl kills and how easily it can get into the hands of teens.
The film also explores how teens deal with emotional pain, navigate high school party culture, and are at risk of buying fake pills pretending to be Adderall, OxyContin, Percocet or Xanax on social media.
Join the screening and help be the change on your campus and community. Presented by SLO Behavioral Health, SLO County Opioid Safety Coalition, SLO County Friday Night Live in partnership with San Luis Obispo County Office of Education.
