This service is a required review of any Environmental Health Service related items pertaining to land development projects based on referral from the County of San Luis Obispo Planning and Building Department with focus on the ability to have a decent and potable water supply and the ability to remove waste streams from the property in a safe and sanitary manner.

Who is eligible?
This service is available to any individual or business undergoing Land Development projects within the County of San Luis Obispo and is based on a request for review initiated by the County of San Luis Obispo Planning and Building Department.
Is there a charge for this service?
Please refer to our Fee Schedule or contact our office at (805) 781-5544. Fees are collected by the County of San Luis Obispo Planning and Building Department.
