Project Modification - Required Documents

Please upload the following files to MODIFY an existing Land Use Permit:

  1. Modification to Land Use Permit Application Form - completed & signed
  2. Land Use Application - completed & signed
  3. Modified Plans
    1. Inlcuding a new completed Plot Plan
  4. Summary of Proposed Changes
  5. Written justification for how the proposed change(s) meet the criteria in County Code Section 22.64.050 or 23.02.038
  6. Consent of Property Owner (if applicable)
