1. Type your name to consent to the electronic signature.

2. There are two options.  Either draw your signature with the mouse or an e-pen OR you can type your name and it will populate in the box with an italic lettering. 

2. The other option is to enable a typed signature.  Click the toggle next to "Enable Type Signature" then type the name into the box directly to the right.  As you type your name it will populate in italic lettering as a signature inside the box.  click Next to continue to the application.
