Provide Application Contacts

1. There are three options to choose from to add yourself as a REQUIRED Contact. The options on each tile are Authorized Agent, Contractor OR Owner. Select one and click the plus sign to add your contact information to the tile. 

2. Next enter your name in the Search bar.  Then choose your contact information by clicking Add.  You will return to the main Application. 


3.  Notice the three Required Contacts tiles have been reduced to one tile that contains your contact information. To select additional contacts, click the down arrow on the next tile and choose  the contact type from the dropdown menu. Then click the plus sign.  Once all contacts are added, click Next to continue the application.
