Application Submitted Next Steps

1.  The final page will confirm that the Application has been successfully submitted.  The next steps are to pay the zoning clearance review fee and/or apply for either a Minor Grading with Building or Major Grading Permit.  Or continue directly to the permit to obtain the permit number. 

2.  The permit number is displayed on the top of the Permit. To continue processing the application, the fees must be paid for the zoning clearance. On the Permit Number page those fees will be identifed under Available Actions and can be paid directly by clicking Pay Now.

 

 

Your case number is important.  It will be used to reference your submittal.

After submittal, the case will be reviewed by the Supervisor and assigned to the appropriate staff.  We recommend your next action is to review the fees and pay them immediately, that way your case can proceed to a completeness check.

Completeness Check includes a quick review of the uploaded documents to make sure that all required materials have been submitted correctly and are ready for a plan review.  Payment of fees is a requirement before this step can be completed.
