Oceano Memorial Park Playground Replacement, Oceano

This project provided new playground equipment and walkway improvements to Oceano Memorial Park.

The former playground structures were approximately 25 years old and needed replacement. This project provided new playground equipment and engineered wood fiber surfacing to provide enhanced safety features to the playground. The new playground has also been designed to reduce playground area flooding during the rainy season. New benches and walkways were added adjacent to the new playground, and all walkways within the park were upgraded to be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The project was completed in May 2026.
