Anyone transporting 'non-legal weight class' via hauls, tows, or drives on County maintained roads.

When and where is this service offered?
EFFECTIVE 7/1/2023:
All TRN application submittals (Single Trip or Annual) will need to be submitted through the Citizens Connect Online Portal. Please note you will need to sign in/register (create an account) prior to applying online. As such, PDF applications via email, will no longer be accepted after June 30, 2023.
EFFECTIVE 11/1/2021:
All transportation permits now require payment in advance before issuance. The TRN permit number will be generated once the application has been received and reviewed/ approved by Public Works. Once that occurs, the specific TRN number will be emailed to the applicant with payment instructions. Please note Amercian Express or Discover Cards are not accpeted.

Typically transportation permits are not valid Saturdays, Sundays, evening hours and observance of holidays.
Please be aware of limited hours on the County's Restricted Roads List.
