MHRE Program

The Manufactured Home Replacement and Elevation (MHRE) Program helps people in San Luis Obispo County whose mobile or manufactured homes were damaged in the 2022–2023 winter storms. The program pays to replace damaged homes and, if needed, raise the new home to help protect it from future flooding. It is for homeowners with low to moderate incomes who lived in the home as their main residence and still need help recovering. The program is free for those who qualify. Funding is limited and applications are reviewed in the order they are received.
