Copies of Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700)
All Statements of Economic Interests (Form 700) required to be filed by the Political Reform Act or by an agency are public documents and must be available for public inspection and reproduction during regular business hours no later than the second business day after they are received. This service provides information on how to obtain copies of these statements.

Anyone can use this service.
Is there a charge for this service?
Please refer to this Fee Schedule.
NOTE: When obtaining paper copies of statements there is no charge for the first four (4) pages. However, there is a 10 cents per page fee for documents containing five (5) or more pages. There are no fees for electronic copies.
In addition, we charge a retrieval fee of $5 per request for copies of statements that are five (5) years or older. A single request for more than one report or statement is subject to one retrieval fee.
When and where is this service offered?
This service is available anytime throughout the year at the Administrative Office in San Luis Obispo during regular business hours except during County-observed holidays.
