BOE-19-B Base Year Value Transfer to Replacement Primary Residence for Persons at Least Age 55

This form is completed when a person who is at least 55 years of age wishes to transfer the base year value from an original residence to a replacement property. At least one of the transfers must be on or after April 1, 2021.

BOE-19-D Base Year Value Transfer to Replacement Primary Residence for Severely Disabled Persons

This form is completed when a person who is severely disabled wishes to transfer the base year value from an original residence to a replacement property. At least one of the transfers must be on or after April 1, 2021. The claim must be accompanied by a Certificate of Disability. (BOE-19-DC)

BOE-19-DC Certificate of Disability

This form is filed with a BOE-19-D claim, and must be signed either by the claimant’s physician or surgeon.

BOE-19-G Claim for Reassessment Exclusion for Transfer Between Grandparent and Grandchild

This form is completed when applying for an exclusion from reassessment on property transferred between Grandparents and Grandchildren on or after February 16, 2021.

BOE-60-AH Base Year Value Transfer

This form is completed when a person who is at least 55 years of age wishes to transfer the base year value from an original residence to a replacement property that is of equal or lesser value. The Base Year Value Transfer is also referred to as a Prop 60 exemption.
