Press Release - Revised Cannabis Tax Measure

On February 6, 2018, the Board directed staff to revise the proposed cannabis tax measure to exempt cannabis testing facilities from the proposed tax. The revised proposal will be reintroduced on February 20, 2018 and heard before the Board on March 6, 2018.
