Precinct Workers

Who can use this service?

A precinct worker must be either a registered voter in California or a permanent legal resident of  the United States.

If you are interested in serving as a precinct worker, please complete and submit the precinct worker application.

Is there a charge for this service?

Precinct Worker Pay

  • Clerks receive $48.50 for half day; $97 for full day, plus $20 bonus for attending the election training course
  • Inspectors receive between $137 & $162 depending on assignment, plus $20 bonus for attending the election training course

When and where is this service offered?
