Women's Pelvic Health Program

Hinge Health is now offering free pelvic floor care to employees and their eligible dependents.

What's your pelvic floor and why should you care?

Your pelvic floor is a group of muscles and tissues attached to the bottom of your pelvis. It supports your pelvic organs, controls your bladder, and more. And it's one of the hardest working muscle groups in your body.

Why should you join the Hinge Health Pelvic Health Program?

Exercise therapy is one of the most effective ways to keep your pelvic floor working like it should. But you need the right exercises. This digital exercise therapy program provides pelvic floor care for women, and individuals with natal vaginal anatomy, at all stages of life, including pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause, when pelvic disorders are most common.

  • Get personalized exercise therapy for pregnancy and postpartum, bladder control, pelvic muscle strengthening, or pelvic muscle relaxation.
  • Work one-on-one with a clinical care team that specializes in pelvic floor care.
  • Exercise from the privacy of your own home, on your schedule.

Hinge Health Double Treatments

Members currently cannot be in two Hinge Health treatment programs at the same time. However, you are able to change your program or have specific physical therapy exercises added in to accommodate both treatment areas. It is recommended that you enroll in the program for your main area of concern and then request additional exercises for the secondary area.
