Regular walk-in hours are available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:30 – 11:45 AM and are limited to 15-minutes each to accommodate as many people as possible.

How to Check the Status of a Permit as a Guest (when NOT logged-in)

If "Guest" appears in the upper right corner, then you are not logged into the system. You can still Search Public Records by clicking in the top menu and providing information in the search box below - such as address, keyword or permit/plan number, to find related public records.
