How to Upload an Attachment

 

1.  On the PermitSLO website, click My Dashboard on the menu bar.

2. Click either "View My Permits" or "View My Plans".

 3.  Open the Permit or Plan from the list below:

4.  When the permit page opens, click on "Attachments" tab.

 

5. Add the documents by clicking on the plus sign (+) in blue box or dragging and dropping the plans/documents in the blue box.  Once all documents are added, click SUBMIT.
