Department Procedures

This manual is a consolidation of the procedures, rules and administrative regulations designed to enhance the consistency of operations across the agency.  The manual is intended to be used in conjunction with the Probation Departments Policy Manual and applicable federal and state laws.

 Each employee is expected to become familiar with the manual, and to abide by its guidelines to ensure consistency of departmental operations.   The manual does not anticipate every situation or issue that may arise, in those instances, employees are expected to consult with their supervisor to determine the best course of action.
