On June 17, 2025, the Probation Department provided an update to the Board of Supervisors on the deployment of the Mobile Probation Services Center. The Mobile Probation Services Center improves public safety by assisting justice involved individuals experiencing homelessness to meet their probation requirements and reducing barriers to accessing housing programs and supportive services.
