Mobilehome Rent Review Board
The Mobilehome Rent Review Board was established through a voter-initiated County ordinance, Measure A, which was approved by voters on June 3, 1986 and is codified in County Code, Title 25, Chapter 25.04. The Mobilehome Rent Review Board is responsible for reviewing and regulating rent stabilization matters for mobilehome parks located within the unincorporated areas of San Luis Obispo County, consistent with the County’s Mobilehome Rent Stabilization Ordinance.
