Real Property Services (RPS) contracts for the management, maintenance, and operation of the County's community buildings. This service provides self-inspection forms for facility operators to document good housekeeping and pollution prevention practices at their facility. Maintaining orderly, well-managed facilities is essential to protect our community and prevent pollution.

Inspect Your Facility
Complete the Housekeeping Self-Inspection form and upload or attach pertinent photos of your location.
Submit Your Completed Form
Submit your inspection results electronically (using the submit form button on the final page, or by sending via email). If hard copy submittal is preferred, you may mail your completed inspection form to: Real Property Services 1087 Santa Rosa St. San Luis Obispo, CA 93408
Who is eligible?
This service is for use by tenants and facility managers of County properties.
When and where is this service offered?
This service is available throughout the year during regular business hours except during scheduled holidays. Real Property Services requests that each facility complete the self-inspection form annually between March and June.

The facilities manager or primary facility contact should complete this form. The inspection will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
