This Strategic Plan provides high-level guidance on what and where the SLO Behavioral Health Department will focus attention and resources over the next five years, 2024-2029, considering current assets and needs, as well as current policy and economic environment.

This strategy recognizes we cannot do everything, everywhere, all at once. Instead, strategic planning offers data-derived areas of focus where we can or must make an impact to best meet the needs of SLO County.
