SLO Health Counts is a collaborative of community members, nonprofits, government agencies, cities, schools, and leaders in SLO County working together toward the shared goal of a healthy, thriving community.
Who is eligible?
Anyone can access SLO Health Counts at www.slohealthcounts.org. We view this collaborative and website as a tool to inform, inspire, and initiate dialogue about the health assets we strive to protect and the health challenges we face in our county. We invite you to be part of this dialogue and welcome your input on this resource.
