The Information Technology Department’s (ITD) Infrastructure & Operations Teams operate, monitor, and support the composite hardware, software, radio communications, network resources and services required for the existence, operation and management of the County’s enterprise IT environment. These teams enable ITD to deliver information technology solutions and services used by County departments and staff, external partners, and constituents. Additionally, this division includes the IT Service Desk and the Desktop Support team.  This team is oriented to provide hands-on support to customers across the County.
