· Limited to 30 minutes per customer

· Property address or APN
· Permit number or land use case number (if applicable)
· Plans, applications, correction letters, or supporting documents
· A clear understanding of your questions or project needs
Important: Arriving prepared helps staff provide more efficient and accurate assistance within your scheduled time.
What to Expect During Your Visit
· Check in using the No Wait Inside kiosk upon arrival
· Staff will be notified and assist you as soon as possible
· Appointments are time-limited to ensure service for all customers
· Staff will provide:
- Guidance on processes and requirements
- Assistance with applications or corrections
- Direction on next steps
