Property owners with a single-family residence may be eligible to build an accessory dwelling unit on their property using plans that have been pre-reviewed by the County of San Luis Obispo.  

PLEASE NOTE: The plans cannot be modified.  You will also need to go through the County permit process prior to beginning construction.  This process will be expedited because the plans are pre-reviewed.
