Healthy Aging courses emphasize the important role of brain health for well-being and fall prevention. Topics include nutrition, balance, medication management, etc.

We offer evidence-based workshops by the Alzheimer Association including:

Community Fitness Classes for Older Adults

Join us for group movement classes offered throughout the county, designed to enhance your personal strength, mobility, and balance, ultimately reducing the risk of falls and improving overall health. Our classes welcome people of all fitness levels and are taught in a supportive environment to help you build your skills and confidence. Home Safety Assessments 

Did you know that more than half of falls among older adults occur at home? If you're seeking ideas on making your home safer, our team can help with free and personalized home assessments. Healthy Brain Initiative

Thanks to funding from the California Healthy Brain Initiative, we're tackling the high rates of Alzheimer's and dementia in our community. Our initiative raises awareness about brain health through educational campaigns. Additionally, we offer support for caregivers through local partnerships.
