The Child Abduction Unit of the San Luis Obispo County District Attorney’s Office exists to

1.  Aid San Luis Obispo County parents who have had children abducted,
2.  Prosecute those who have violated child abduction criminal laws in appropriate cases,
3.  Enforce orders on behalf of the San Luis Obispo County Superior Court pursuant to our duties under Family Code sections 3130/3131.
